Secretario privado de Mr. Ballard

William J. Cassiere (conocido como "Brother Bill") fue el secretario privado y amigo �ntimo de Mr. Guy Ballard, siendo nombrado por el mism�simo Maestro Saint Germain como uno de los siete Mensajeros ASIGNADOS para ayudar a Mr. Ballard en su labor.
Generalmente, Brother Bill iba adelante de Mr. Ballard y "preparaba el terreno" impartiendo Ense�anza de "Misterios Develados" o de la Biblia como un pre�mbulo a la llegada de Mr. Ballard.
Brother Bill vivi� por alg�n tiempo en el s�tano de la casa de los Ballard en el Soutwest de Chicago, lo cual le dio la oportunidad de ser testigo ocular del "rayo de luz y sonido" en el comedor de los Ballard, a trav�s del cual el Maestro dict� la Ense�anza que qued� plasmada en "instrucci�n de un Maestro Ascendido", "Platicas del YO SOY' y "El amado Saint Germain habla".
A Brother Bill se le ocurri� la idea de traducir a otros idiomas, la Ense�anza de los Maestros Ascendidos descargada a trav�s de la Actividad YO SOY, idea que cont� con el apoyo de Mr. Ballard... pero que acarre� la oposici�n f�rrea y militante de la Sra. Ballard.
A�n a pesar de haber sido uno de los "encausados" en el juicio que el gobierno de Estados Unidos le hiciera a la Actividad YO SOY, al desaparecer Mr. Ballard (y con ello perder su m�s fuerte apoyo), Brother Bill fue lentamente puesto de lado en la Actividad YO SOY, hasta que no le qued� m�s remedio que apartarse y tomar un trabajo "civil" para sobrevivir.
Sin embargo, no por eso dej� de dar conferencias sobre la Ense�anza del "YO SOY", incorpor�ndose al Puente a la Libertad bajo Geraldine Innocente.
Imparti� conferencias sobre la Ense�anza del YO SOY hasta dos semanas antes de fallecer en 1986.
En este libro est�n consignadas muchas de las "andanzas" de Brother Bill en las que realizaba (v.g hac�a real) en su propia vida lo que predicaba. En el libro "LA LEY DE PRECIPITACION", Werner Schroeder incluye a�n m�s de estas instancias, adem�s de MANOS SANADORAS, de inter�s para todos aquellos que quieran utilizar sus manos como veh�culos de sanaci�n.

La pr�ctica de la Presencia "YO SOY"

En este iluminador libro he podido conocer las experiencias de quien fuera Mensajero designado del Maestro Ascendido Saint Germain desde los a�os 30. Los relatos est�n tan llenos de cari�o y vida que uno se transporta a las situaciones ah� descritas y puede sentir la realidad de cada logro.
Por esta raz�n este libro es muy �til para todo aquel que quiera conocer c�mo realizar la "pr�ctica de la Presencia YO SOY" en cada cent�metro de la experiencia cotidiana. Da luces sobre el decreto y los poderes de visualizaci�n y calificaci�n cuando son usados para la manifestaci�n del Reino del Cielo aqu� en la Tierra.

LECTURA REFRESCANTE Y ESPERANZADORA

Muchos son los que se conforman con leer acerca de milagros hechos en otra �poca y en otro sitio. Refrescante resulta caer en la cuenta (mediante la lectura de libros como �ste) que los milagros est�n al alcance de la mano de todo aquel que asuma su Sendero Espiritual con la seriedad correspondiente.
Lo m�s significativo de este libro, me parece, es que pareciera decirte: "Yo soy una persona ordinaria como t�, para nada especial; y si con la realizaci�n de la Presencia YO SOY en mi vida yo pude, pues t� tambi�n puedes!"
